Attending: Isabel Hoy, Carol Brown, Jack Willmarth, and Chair Karen Hopkins
The meeting was called to order at 2:10 pm. No minutes of the previous meeting were available.
Jack gave the financial report with a current balance of $15,197.93 as of April 10, 2010, and will e-mail the report to committee members.
Old Business:Karen commented on the WLA Crossroads Task Force grant workshop as she was in attendance. It is hoped the results of that meeting will help the Task Force achieve their intended goals.
The web page is still incorrect and out-of-date although corrections were submitted to WYLD last spring. Karen will try to get the page current.
Discussion focused on the two vacancies on the board. Karen will get in touch with the WLA ParaProfessional Section to see if they might be willing to nominate one of their members.
Jack will contact several school representatives in the Cheyenne area while Isabel will get in touch with Richard Landreth to see if the school section might have a recommendation.
New Business:
There was no new business to bring before the board.
