In November and December 2007, the WYLD Governing Board and then WYLD Regional Council passed the first part of the committee recommendations. The recommendations were posted at http://will.state.wy.us/wyld/network/committees/wypatron/recommendation2008.pdf
The committee made recommendations on the following issues in part 1:
The committee then met and worked on the second part of the recommendations. On May 13, 2008, both the WYLD Governing Board and WYLD Regional Council passed the second part of the recommendations.
