WYLD ANNUAL MEETING
June 16, 2011–Conference Call
With the completion of the bylaws review and adoption in 2010, there was really no need for extensive reconsiderations or meetings. Brian Greene, Mary Jayne Jordan and I reviewed the draft proposal and changes recommended in the discussion at the last annual, and we finalized the approved bylaws for posting on the website, where it is now available
