It is not a workshop on becoming a library director or a workshop on library administration.Lodging, materials and meals will be provided for the 16th and morning of the 17th. Cost to the attendee and/or attendee library will be travel to and from the The Folded Hills Ranch, lodging at the ranch and dinner on the 15th.
Interested individuals should consider applying if they want to learn more about leadership potential and style.
The application process is competitive. 8-10 will be selected to attend, and those attending are expected to take future committee and leadership responsibilities in the Wyoming Library Association (WLA), WYLD Network, educational committees and other library initiatives.

We have been very lucky to have trainers from the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) Professional Training, and Jep Enck of Enck Resources, Fort Collins, Colorado, be part of the institute since the beginning. They bring expertise and approachability.
