Around the State
“Puss in Books: Adventures of the Library Cat” by Gary Roma is a humorous documentary on library cats.
The video takes a look at library cats around the United States. Most of the cats and the librarians who care for them belong to the Library Cat Society, an organization whose mission is “to promote the establishment of a cat or cats in a library setting.”
For a listing of library cats in the United States or to purchase the video, see .
In Wyoming, the video is available for loan at the Laramie County Library System, Sublette County Library and the Campbell County Library.
For more information about the Library Cat Society, anyone interested should contact Phyllis Lahti, P.O. Box 274, Moorhead, MN 56560, or 218/236-7205.
